Recruitment policy

Our Recruitment Policy applies to all direct recruitment carried out by the Company.

  • Agram S.A. conducts a fair recruitment process based on an open and transparent approach.
  • Candidates are selected on the basis of their qualifications and competencies. Decisions on staff selection take no account of gender, age, disability, race, religion, nationality, political beliefs, trade union membership, ethnic origin, faith, sexual orientation or any other criteria that could be regarded as discriminatory.
  • Job candidates are not charged any costs in connection with the recruitment process.
  • Agram S.A. will recruit individuals who embody the Company’s values, contribute to organisational performance and strengthen the Company’s reputation.
  • The Company will encourage applications from persons with disabilities and will introduce appropriate accommodations at every stage of the recruitment process.
